I am in utter dismay as to the treatment of customers by this company. I ordered a weights set nearly 7 months ago and I have yet to receive anything. I have lost count of the number of times I have called them and emailed them.
I was promised on 3 separate occasions that I would receive my shipment immediately and they failed to do so.
Even with their Customer Service manager directly involved, nothing has happened. Their last email below to which I told them to send it ASAP and still nothing!!!
I sincerely apologise with the issue you seem to be having contacting us regarding your delivery. We can certainly have your order re-dispatched when you return to the UK, please confirm how you wish to proceed.
