Specialised Covers

Cover good quality material but the fit is poor and delivery slow.

I ordered a Stormshield Lite motorbike cover from Specialised in early March.
It took over 5 weeks to arrive, despite their web site stating "it can take up to 3-4 weeks".
Also for a "semi-tailored" cover it's a poor fit, the top is not quite wide enough to fit across the handlebars and the bottom doesn't have enough elastic, so unless I attach the straps (pretty fiddly to be honest in the dark) if it's a bit windy the cover blows off.
I've got a Specialised car cover as well which is an excellent fit, so the bike cover is disappointing.

If i could get a picture of the bike with out a cover on as well that would be great.

Overall excellent service

Customer service intially v good (good comms and dealt with a change to my order v efficiently). Items arrived promptly.
However when I contacted them to exchange an item they didn't even have the courtesy to respond to any of the 3 emails I sent.
Very disappointing, certainly won't be using them again.

UPDATE - as per Jon's reposnse below they contacted me immediately following my initial review and my exchange has now been sorted very efficiently. They's clearly been having some email issues so suggest giving them a call if no response by email!

Overall now very pleased :-)

Thank you for your review and feedback, I'm glad the change of product on your order before dispatch was dealt with to your satisfaction.

I am unable to locate any emails regarding exchange from yourself. All emails are responded to and certainly 3 emails would not be ignored so I'm wondering what has happened here.

UPDATE - Thanks Mr Kell, I'm pleased everything was resolved to your satisfaction, yes we did have a short period of a couple of days when emails mysteriously were not delivered but this is resolved and hopefully it won't be a continued issue. Customers are welcome to contact by phone, email, Facebook, Twitter, Google+ !!!
