15th December, order £116 of parts, pay via PayPal Express Checkout (the clue is in the name)
Come 25th December, money is still pending from my PayPal account., and the only contact I have from Dabs is the email confirmation from PayPal (so nothing from Dabs at all)
Research on the PayPal Help centre shows that this means the vendor is yet to process the payment (i.e. not PayPal taking the mickey)
Order cancelled on 26th Dec, re-ordered from Amazon and arrived within 2 days.
Lesson learnt.
It's now been 8 days since my "next day delivery". First it stalled in the warehouse with no explanation, now the courier hasn't turned up for the 3rd day (despite Royal Mail, DHL, TNT and even previous Myprotein deliveries making it here). I'd love to shop elsewhere, but they've got too much of a monopoly on value supplements.
Bought clothes from Chemical on several occasions, and the only problem has been Royal Mail losing an item I was sending back for a refund. Would happily recommend them.
Up there with the cheapest suppliers on the web. Pharmawhey HT was a couple of a quid more expensive than Tesco, but had more choice of flavour (and I was sick of choc cookie!). Next day delivery really was the next day. Can't complain at all...would happily use Dolphin again.
