Ebay.
This is a great concept, Ebay is the agent between sellers and buyers.
Never had a problem with Ebay themselves,but have been let down by sellers(not sending) and buyers (not paying).
But Ebay has always sorted the problems out.
Always check out feedback carefully.

Never had a problem with Amazon in all the years that I have bought from them.
Majority of times goods turn up faster then stated.

FIRST CLASS SERVICE
My first time of using this company and had excellent service.
Was firstly notified of the day of delivery, then the day before was sent an email and sms of the two hour slot.
On the day of delivery was phoned by Steve the driver that he would be with me in about 30mins,He than rang again and said he had to wait 10mins for a customer who was not in.When he arrived apologised for being late (which was still in the 2hr slot), very helpful and friendly.
All round very pleased.
