I was pleased with all apects of your service

I had been messed around by another online glasses company, and waited weeks for delivery, even though my credit card was debited immediately.

With your company, my order was processed quickly and efficiently, and the glasses were perfect. It took no time to adjust to the new varifocals, well done.

My only comment would be that you send various emails offering discounts, money off etc., which did not seem to be applied to my order. You discounted the exact frames I had ordered before despatch, but no discount was applied to my final price.

I would otherwise recommend you thoroughly to anyone looking for glasses.
