Once had a problem with a chain tool that broke (IceToolz), this was nothing to do with Merlin though. They asked me to take a pic and email it to them rather than send it back. Within a couple of hours I had an email asking if I wanted a refund or replacement.
Great store i'd deal with again. Mistakenly sent me wrong item which is an easy enough mistake to make as the writing on the box is very small. Emailed them to inform and 20 mins later got a reply saying the correct item would be posted that day and to send other one back and they would refund postage.
