I've been on vodafone for years and still marvel about the user interface mess that is their website. It pains me every time I have to log in to view my bills.
Also, there seems to be no way to sign off from repeat offender 'VIP' promotional text messages and emails.
Must try harder with the online but decent coverage and contract plans.
Had an awful experience with Seetickets, during which time I couldn't buy a ticket from their website that was listed as available, further to that it cost me a great deal of money in expensive calls to the company to investigate what was actually their mistake, return calls were not made to me as support staff had offered, no compensation was offered, and requests to raise a complaint with support staff were blatantly ignored.
Wouldn't consider using or recommending this company to anyone.
Very technical this lot, active on various broadband forums, and they seem to care a great deal about 'power users'.
I'd recommend the speed and price of their Pro16 service (Now Be wholesale I think). No throttling, nice stats package online too.
Only criticisms would be that customer service seems to be secondary to the tech, I've had no response to one email and sometimes the phone support is just a bit 'short'.
On the plus side the customer support staff are based in the UK (yay) and are mostly very friendly.
Also, would be good if one could open an account on the phone, as trying to set it up using the website forms, on a tethered iphone took ages and didn't work in the end, had to go to an internet cafe.
Would be nice too if costs were reduced when moving house, as paying to cancel the service, then paying to begin a new contract isn't too financially or emotionally appealing.
Saying that, the reliability and speed of service made me return.
