fast delivery but faulty product Tanaka 3801 chainsaw
Quick to process and send item - just a couple of days from order to arrival, but the chainsaw falls massively below my expectations. Arrived damaged - starter pull disengaged, even after fixing the problem the chainsaw refused to restart after an initial period (10 mins) of use. I will never ever go near this brand again. I'll improve the rating of Abbey Garden Machinery if they agree to pay for its return and refund my money.

Good value and prompt delivery
Second time I have used G W Titmuss. Both occasions were quick and easy. The product was good value, and delivered promptly within a couple of days.
