Fast delivery

Great service, as items despatched very fast; was a bit disappointed that the Diesel 10 I ordered was the old style one when it arrived. Had hoped that it would be the recent one from Day of the Diesels as the other items I ordered were new Day of the Diesel engines, however this wasn't specified so not a complaint as such.. Other than that, good service.

We are sorry you were disappointed with Diesel 10, however, as we explained when we saw you were disappointed and called, Diesel 10 has not yet been released in Day of the Diesels packaging in the UK. The stock we sent out had been received less than a week before from Tomy (UK), the official distributor in the UK. Only the newly released Day of the Diesel characters are in new packaging - established characters have not had their packaging changed.

We are glad that you were happy with those aspects of our service over which we have control.
