This company sucks! I booked parcel delivery and paid in advance (even more than the rate of other competitors) and my parcel has never been collected.
Called and sent emails to the customer centre, and they said that a driver would come one day later the original agreement.
So i had to take one more day off, and spent the whole day at home.
This company should seriously be investigated and shut down!
How do i get my money back and who pay for my time (wasted by this crap company?)
Is there any authority or control on these crap companies?
