WAE+
Very Good Prices and OK delivery
I ordered a new TV (Samsung UE40ES6900) with WAE+ as the price was outsatnding compared to every other supplier. I was horrified to read some of the reviews of WAE+ after I had already placed the order. I guess I should have checked more carefully first. I did pay extra for the fast delivery option and I got an email within a day or so from the carrier that they had the parcel and I was able to track the delivery after 24 hours. The parcel did arrive within the promised 3 days in a UPS van in very good order. The TV itself is fantastic. Its a French model but it loaded up all the UK content on the Smart Hub with no problem and tuned into Freeview etc. I wasn't surprised that the Uk power adaptor wasn't included as all the reviews of WAE+ say they don't do actually do this. In fact the adaptor turned up by separate delivery a couple of days later. The adptor supplied looks a bit dubious in my opinion so you are better to find a power lead from one of your obsolete bits of kit that are lying around the house or cut the lead and wire it into a 13 amp plug. In comparing WAE+ with other suppliers on the review sites I actually found their rating is about the same as Ebuyer and CCL both of whom I have been shopping with succesfully for years. So overall WAE+ have met all their promises and I'm very happy. In retrospect though I think its worth checking with WAE+ that they do actually have the item in stock before you buy and I would recommend paying with a credit card and paying the extra for quick delivery.

Very competitive - good service
By far the best price on the laptop I was looking for. Most remarkable was the email telling us to within 1 hour when the item would be delivered. I was a little concerned as I have not used Crescent before and their website did not display properly on either of my computers. (Win 7, Internet explorer latest edition.)
