The Stellar hob I ordered through Greenandeasy was faulty - absolutely no fault of theirs . They responded immediately to my email, telephoned to tell me they had arranged for a new one to be delivered the following day and followed it through with a phone call to ensure the new one was working. The service was excellent throughout and very speedy.
With on line orders I find that products are often dispatched quickly; however the real test is when something goes wrong. I was very impressed with the quality of Greenandeasy's customer service and would certainly use them again.
