If have feel the need to go into one of there branches,slap yourself around your face and go some where else.I wast told i needed a new cat for my car just by hitting it wifh a hammer and a quote for £350.Went down the road and got a back box fitted for £80.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

waited four weeks for some wellies not delivered so phoned help line, big mistake was told just because website said delivered this does not been it has.when i phoned again was told i must have them and wait 28 days and phone back for a claim form.guess what phoned help line and was told i must have claim letter because thay sent it out to me,next day i get two letters sent back recorded delivery i now have credit but no wellies and a catalogue to light my fire with.thanks for reading i feel better now
