Merlin Cycles Ltd
Good site, excellent choice and the best price out there....
I took a look around for a Turbo trainer and originally looked at my first choice site.. No names. They were out of stock of something I had earmarked as a purchase. A quick Google search and hey presto, Merlin popped up with a the goods in stock, and at a better price than my number 1 site. Merlin now hold the number 1 spot after a review of the site. Merlin's prices are up there with the best.

Good Internet and Sales, but...!
I purchased a Panasonic WV-SW175 to replace a fixed bullet camera, on the understanding that this camera did everything my bullet did. I primarily wanted it to send me email alerts on motion detection. Having set the camera up and played with the settings, I found that the camera refused to find my SMTP server, regardless of what I did. I contacted sales support, who initially were very good. After several emails and tests they couldn't get this to work either. I'm now left with £700+ camera that doesn't do what I purchased it for. My contact at NetworkWebCams eventually stopped emailing me, possibly because I was making noises about a refund..! A good site as long as everything works when you get it!

Still waiting for a refund and reply!!
So disappointed with the shocking lack of response from Sunglasses Shop. I had to pay to send back sunglasses I DID NOT order! Fraudulent transaction on their part - and after 3 weeks I am now waiting for the promised refund. Be very careful with this site. Not recommended.

Ordered UGG's - usually buy EMU's - very dissapointed with the quality of the UGG's and even more so with the price. Returned UGG's direct to the shop as postage was so high. Shop quite helpful but weren't really sure how to refund an item purchased over the internet.Have now reverted back EMU's. Thank you to Shoe-envy for such prompt internet shopping.
