I placed my first order with very.co.uk after finding that they werem offering a £25 voucher for new accounts. The user journey was misleading, with banner advertising stating next day delivery, however this is not the case on all items as I found out. After completing checkout, I did not even receive any kind of notification to let me know that my order was successful, let alone a confirmation email. Two days later I received a call, asking to confirm my name and dob. I was then told that the order would be processed and I would receive it the next day. When I called back the following day after not receiving the item, I was told that it hadn't been dispatched and there was no way of knowing when it would be dispatched or when I would receive it. The girl on the phone (based in the north) also struggled to understand a word that I was saying. To this date, I still do not have the product. I also checked my credit report and found that they had run the credit check twice - very annoying as this is not considered favorable to future lenders and is totally unnecessary.
