Very poor after sales service

I was emailed by get me in to say my tickets were dispatched but I didn't receive them. On calling I was told they hadn't actually been dispatched and they would organise this again. A week later and nothing so I called again and was told it would be sorted. Next day got an email from ups saying my tickets would be delivered soon. However they weren't so chased ups who said they could only lodge my tickets as missing if get me in did this. Called get me in again who said they would do so. I asked what would happen if my tickets couldn't be found. They said I'd get a refund. I asked about the "fanguard guarantee" - would they not provide me with alternative tickets as I could see they had other good tickets still for sale on their website. They didn't know so I asked for a manager to call me. They didn't. I emailed to chase and to ask again but just was told they'd get back to me in 8 working days - well beyond the date of the gig. By this point id given up ever getting my tickets and was very stressed and disappointed. I again enquiries about the fanguard guarantee but was told that didn't apply in these circumstances. By now it was just a few days before the event and I totally gave up. I did eventually get my tickets a couple of days before the event but the stress and heartache means that I'd never use get me in again.
