Delay after delay after delay. I gave up and cancelled.

I ordered a dressing table in May - I knew it wasn't in stock but I was expecting delivery a few weeks later.

Following that - every few weeks I'd receive an email which said, "Please ring the office for an update on your order". I'd ring up to then be advised of a further delay to the order. I'm not sure why they couldn't just email this information rather than making me waste more time by calling them.

The last update I had was that it would be delivered mid-August. It's now the 22nd August and I hadn't heard from them for a few weeks I so chased for an update to be told it would be another 2 weeks until their supplier received it.

I asked for a refund of the delivery charge given the unexpected delays but was told "As the order is still under the 16 weeks we would not be able to offer a G.O.G.W "

(A google search tells me a G.O.G.W. is gesture of goodwill)

I'd had enough at this point so requested a refund. I was told I had to call the office for this - when I asked them to just accept my email cancellation I was told, "Due to Data Protection, a cancellation will need to be processed via the telephone".

What a load of rubbish! All in all a frustrating waste of time.

Amazing quality print done ahead of tight deadline

I ordered a panoramic print on MDF on a Thursday and rang them to see if it could be ready for the following Wednesday. I was told it usually took 5 working days to get put on MDF, but they'd see what they could do. On the Tuesday I received an email to say that it was ready - 24 hours before I needed it.

I went to collect it as I work nearby and the quality was simply outstanding. Not a lot else to say really as it all went so smoothly! Will definitely be back whenever I have a similar requirement.

I can't recommend them highly enough

I've used a few companies for shopping feed management before and have never been truly satisfied with them. Either the technology wasn't up to scratch or the account 'managers' didn't really want to know or help beyond the initial setup.

Feeoptimise have been great since we started with them a few weeks ago. The platform is powerful, but very well designed and easy to use. I've dealt with Marcin who has been tremendously helpful in both setting up the feeds, and then offering advice on how to optimise the feeds for each shopping site. We've already seen a lift in our google shopping traffic as a result of Marcin's advice too.

Beyond that, they have listened and acted on feedback I've provided about their platform - often making suggested changes within 24 hours. Very impressed and pleased I've found them.

Delivery was delayed and when it arrived I received a used unit but the refund was prompt

I ordered an electric muscle stimulator on the 1st March. The site advised a 5 day delivery, but I didn't receive it until the 11th March. When it arrived it had no retail packaging, there were scratches on the screen and the device stank of smoke - it was clearly a used unit. They no longer stock this product so were unable to replace it. However they were very prompt with the refund once they received the returned goods.
