I have made 2 phonecalls, written 2 emails with no replies, practically begging this company to pick up the wrong item they delivered to me. I have been advised that my bank a/c won't be refunded until such times they collect item. Customer services told me the store manager would definitely call today to arrange collection - still no phonecall - still no replies to emails. Will try yet again tomorrow. I have explained to customer services that I am not able to buy the item I originally wanted for my 9yr old son until i receive refund. Such a big disappointment from a company I have used faithfully for many years. I feel really let down. If I don't get this sorted tomorrow i shall be contacting trading standards.
