This is a really flashy product that looks smart and makes a statement. However when the BBQ arrived the hood was damaged, enamel was chipped in several places. I have contacted the centre and I am waiting for a replacement hood than the product will be perfect.
The company have acted quickly to my problem and have email the manufacturers, just waiting for them to get in touch.
Made a purchase on line from Laskys, recieved email of confirmation and delivery date. Two days later and at 19:04 (phone lines close at 19:00) recieved a second email to say item out of stock and no guarantee when next in stock. Eventually next day spoke with customer services who explained that if the order was cancelled it would take upto 5 working days to refund, this item was a gift for my son who had a birthday in 7 days, explained the situations and that I was unable to purchase a replacement product because my funds were with them (£399) and they suggested a replacement. I agreed to replacement which I was told would be delivered either the Tuesday or Wednesday following week. Confirmation email confirmed order to be delivered on the Friday, my son's birthday is the Saturday. After reading reviews I now realise what a terrible mistake I have made ordering form this company and now know that ,my product may not even appear on the Friday. Think seriously before purchasing any items form this company, they entice you with deals and then do not follow through, I wonder now whether my item was ever in stock although a revisit to the web site shows that it is now listed as out of stock pity they did not post that before I made my purchase!
