Received tap. On fitting the tap leaks. Not what I need when I have paid a plumber to fit. Hoping for a prompt reply and a new tap and refund to pay a plumber . We shall see. I set up an account yo track my trouble ticket. Have not received an email to confirm to allow me to track it. If seats able to do this softer a rew minutes, has been an hour! Not looking good so far.
I phoned an order through on a Wednesday. Was told it would be with me the next day.
Next day I phoned as I had no email confirmation. They said "no that comes later order definitley dispatched." Friday no order so I phoned to ask where it was. Only then was I told items out of stock and that they tried to tell me 7pm Thursday. Not very helpful as I needed items by Friday. Asked why I wasn't told at time of ordering they said they don't check every order. Stock system doesn't automatically check. No point telling me out of stock after the promised delivery time. It took then nearly 48 hours to tell me out of stock. Sorry but won't be using them in the future.
It was easy to order. The only downside is that you don't know when it is going to be delivered.
Would be nice if they sent an email or text to say what day.
It was jusy fortunate that they delivered on my day off and I was in.
I was happy with the ordering process.
i did not receive an email when curtains were ready.
I did not get an email for a delivery date.
The parcel was left with a neighbour. On my the card it said left with "12 Green door"!!!!
The product is fine.
