Ordered my £50 order about 1 week 3 days ago and expected delivery date was the 7th of December. it's now the 11th and - no parcel, upon checking the parcel tracking system on their website showed that the parcel had arrived at the Depot- 3 TIMES. I was so angry so I sent them a message explaining really whats on this review. Half an hour later I re-check the parcel checker and a message pops up saying there is no such parcel in their system with that tracking number. SO FURIOUS. Going to try and see if there is more I can do as i am not paying £50 for a bad delivery service and no item. UPDATE- No reply from Yodel, so have emailed Amazon, now about to go outside and check my hedges/bins and behind the shed just in case.
Just received an email back from Amazon, very friendly and helpful and have agreed to help contact Yodel to make sure my parcel is delievered asap, fingers crossed!
UPDATE 19:45 11th December- Just found out Yodel are short-staffed on drivers at the Borehamwood Deport- which is where my package is now according to their tracker. It's just one thing after another!! Going to give it until tuesday then I will contact Amazon again demanding my item shipped out with another courier or if it comes to it will drive down to the deport and demand it myself!
