Customer Service........not offered at the hut!!

Placed an order back in November for a christmas present, was sitting going through everything that I had bought the other day and realised that it hadnt came so I goes onto my account only to find to my surprise that my order had been cancelled, no email no phone call nothing to tell me that my order had been cancelled, called "customer service" (I think they need a new name for their call centre!) they really didnt care about me and the fact that my order had been cancelled without notification, whats worse is that I had used love to shop vouchers that I got from work so I am forced to shop with them again!!! I got an email on the 9th Dec telling me my order had been cancelled and it gave a 10% off code which I cant use becuase you can only use 1 code per order!!

Once I have spent the credit on my account I will be closing it and never using them again.

Placed an order and the restaurant refused it said its too far away, called the restaurant and they said it was due to the weather, not happy with the way your payments work, its not fair to be left out of pocket whilst you wait for a refund, and because of this I ended up going overdrawn which im really annoyed at, as it wasnt my fault....I have been using just eat for a number of years now and it just seems to be going downhill!!

Thank you for leaving your thoughts on our service. I am sorry to hear your order was declined by a restaurant. When you place an order, Just Eat places a reserve on your funds. If your order is accepted, these funds will be debited within a few days. If your order is declined, this reserve is simply cancelled and your funds are released within 3-7 working days. Our payment system has always functioned in this manner.
