We've been with Telappliant for nearly a year now, and the level and quality of their VoIP service is exceptional. We have only had 3 very minor outages (lasting a couple of minutes at most) - this is much better than our previous supplier (who were a very large telecoms organisation). All of our users have commented on how good the call quality is.
I moved from Virgin to BT 18 months ago, and I am so glad I did. Virgin customer service was appalling (I had to not pay my bill for someone to phone me back!).
We recently had a line fault with BT. I contacted them at around 8PM, and the engineer was booked for the next morning. He arrived earlier than expected, found the fault (it was at the exchange), and we were back to normal in no time at all.
