First used the shower Doctor about four years ago, I decided to replace the cartridge on a Sirrus shower myself after having had a plumber take all day and charge a fortune the last time it needed done. I'm average where DIY skills are concerned and was very wary about making a mess of it but after a couple of emails to the shower Doc I knew exactly what to do (including the don'ts) and replaced the unit successfully in a couple of hours. Now the shower is dripping again and I went back to the shower Doc for the service kit, in stock delivered within 48hrs no probs.
My first visit to Richer Sounds and I bought an AV receiver, 5.1 speakers, LG 3D BD player and an LG 3D TV. Spent a day setting it all up and it was excellent. Unfortunately a week later the TV had up and died so I called the store in Glasgow and the guy apologised, they only had one in stock in their Edinburgh store and as it was Sunday he couldn't get it for me until the following day. I explained that I couldn't get into the store through the week as I worked in Livingston and so he volunteered the driver to drop the new TV off at my work the next day and I in turn would take the dead one there for collection. Absolute flexibility to please the customer, no haggling over why the TV had broken or anysuch, I have been back for another LG TV for my bedroom and for a 3D camera since and each time the staff have been helpful and friendly and the prices unbeatable. I will be taking all my future AV business to these guys.
Bought the extra tall 10 x 8 polycarbonate greenhouse and it lasted less than two months before it blew down. It wasn't just damaged it completely collapsed. It was in a sheltered area where my previous greenhouse had survived for 10yrs without losing a pane of glass, admittedly the weather was bad but none of the neighbouring greenhouses fell down! I contacted Waltons and they kindly offered to send any spares I would need for repair and apologised for the inconvenience, however it is well beyond repair. In January 2011 (presumably after the last high winds) Waltons added "Please Note: These greenhouses are for sheltered areas of the garden only. They should not be placed in areas susceptible to high winds." to the web page for this greenhouse, it should say "Please Note: These greenhouses are not as strong as traditional glass models and can be destroyed by high winds even if in a sheltered area." I strongly advise that anyone looking for a greenhouse avoid this particular model as it clearly is a very weak design.

Thank you for the response, I presume that my expectations were unrealistic? All I wanted was for the greenhouse to last at least a year or two and to be at least as strong as a standard Alu/glass unit (that I could have bought more cheaply).
