I've emailed them 3 times regarding a return and had no reply. I phoned them on a premuim number and was on hold for 18 minutes before I gave up. I am now trying to phone them again and have been on hold for 24 minutes and still waiting. Theres nothing I hate more in this life than waiting in a queue just because the tight gits wont spend out on a couple more staff, becuase it will eat into there profits, so the customer has to pay. 26 minutes now..still waiting.. ANSWER THE PHONE...Im now gonna buy all my christmas presents from Zavvi.
