REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE

I ordered mailing boxes with delivery advertised in 2-4 days. When I called 10 days later with no delivery or explanations, I was told delivery was scheduled in another 10 days weeks. 2 weks later, still no delivery and no contact, I called again only to be told delivery was expected in another 2 weeks. I asked for refund, and was told it would take 2 to 4 days. And 10 days later, there is still no refund on my account, and I have to call again to chase it...
