I ordered a mattress online and particularly stressed I needed a delivery after 2pm, they took the money and said they would ring me the night before delivery to confirm a delivery time. The night before they did not ring me they sent me a text stating the delivery would be between 08.30 & 13.30, which was no good to me due to work committments. I could not ring them back as there was no text number (alarm bells should have rung). Rung them the day of delivery to be spoken to by the most ignorant customer services ever. Despite promoting deliveries from 8.00 to 21.00 on their website, they couldnt actually deliver to me after 13.30. It would appear that all the staff went to the same charm & customer care school. I cancelled the order and nearly a week later I am still waiting to speak to them regarding crediting my debit card with what I have paid them. They are the worst online firm I have ever, ever dealt with. DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE.
