Disappointed customer.

Hello! Im so sorry for my english its not my favorite language. Every year i spend couple hundreds euro in this shop. I had good experience until last shoping. 20.09.2011. I bought 9 items. 8 come to me perfect. One how said man was delivered seperate, day before. I will not write here all story what we spoke with delivery section and how many times(wahat is fustrate) only finaly i get mail that will be invastigation with my order.
That item "Sigmatek DN-1200 12.1" Multimedia/Digital Photo Frame " was a present for my wife, but invastigation how said that man from transpor section will take e few weeks. Finaly taked 3 weeks. I get mail:

As a result of this loss, we propose to do one of the following, according to your choice:
- Resend the items that were not received (at no extra cost)
-Create a gift certificate to the value of the items that were not received (valid for one year on our site).
- Refund the items that were not received

Please note that these options are only available for parcels lost within the "Satisfied or your money back" return period. You will be informed by e-mail if your parcel was lost after this period.

Happy! Klick on contact box and that klick send me to pixmania website. There was nothing like contact with many sections but nothing what i expect. By last 2 months i wrote minimum 14 mails to everyone section. no respond.
Becouse i allready bought prezent for my wife somewhere else i wanna money back, dont need that item. For now i have no money no item. Im pist off. Why? I wrote to that man Jemes Felix again that i cant contact with anybody or nobody respond. He send me again this same mail that product is lost and bla...bla..bla... So i wrote to him and explain that no body respond, can he help me? and do you know what heppen???? His site was changed for another else.
Look i have planty money in my pocket. But if someone h
tink that can do something like that with me...is wrong. No one from my friend will by in pixmania if that 80 euro will not back to me, i will not buy. I will write every where, forums, chats, blogs my opinion if that case will finish not good.

For now i gived 1 star. i am very patienc but this is 3 months nearly.
