Though the staff were helpful enough when sent weekly emails and called regularly, it does not make up for the fact they sent me the wrong item twice and that I now have to wait till January to receive the item ordered in October.
So with my little one now able to climb out of his cot and no toddler rail in near sight i'm having to buy a bed for him. This is after buying the most expensive cot they stock.
They may be cheaper than most on the web but bigger companies would have handled this much better.
