I purchased a mobile phone & seperate power supply from Expansys in early December as a Christmas present for my son. The power supply blew yesterday so I called Expansys to discuss replacement - no chance as it's outside of their 30 day window. I tried to argue that in effect the product (their own brand) had been used for less than 30 days but they weren't shifting from their 'company policy' stance. I asked what the answer would've been if it had been the phone that'd blown - same answer - it has to be within 30 days of purchase for them to consider offering replacement. Makes you wonder why???
I shan't be buying a replacement power supply from them I'll go somewhere with good cusmtoner services.
I have used my hermes for my ebay selling as they are much cheaper than Royal mail - however they have become increasingly unreliable. I have had parcels sent to the wrong depot so they take twice as long to deliver, I've lost count of the number of smashed items - and because of their ever growing lsit of items they don't cover for compensation - find myself out of pocket. I've had instances where they claim to ahve obtained a customer signature only to later discover the item was left elsewhere but no card left for my customer to let them know. I ship well over two hundred parcels a month & my hermes will now be losing my business as I can't afford to use them anymore They are USELESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Code was promised in 1 to 24 hours. 3 days later no code and no response to emails. I've requested refund but no response. They even have the cheek to make you pay through PayPal and then add their PayPal fees onto your charges. Total ripoff merchants
