I've ordered from them a lot of games and other stuff...
It was always good service without any major problems, only minors one.
But worst that they have maid is courier they are using, before that had used royal mail but now they have changed to yodel which is worst courier ever.
Once then despatch pre-order game after release date, and that's it.
In general good company.
I've probably tried all courier company in the UK (I'm working at on-line shop so using them all the time) and this one is definitely worst. Some sellers use Yodel when I bought something on-line (about 7 times already), only one of those was delivered properly.
Once box with my order was totally smashed, and if that wouldn't be steel stuff inside it definitely would be damaged, that's single case one of seven.
Another time my order even didn't get to me, tracking at 2pm said that recipient was out, but that not possible because it should be ordered to company when I'm working, and we are open until 5pm.
About usual stuff that happens with my every order:
All my orders should be delivered next day as express delivery, but none of them was, some has been delivered after 2 days, and those worst after 5 days of expected delivery time.
ONE BIG DISAPPOINTMENT, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE SELLER OR BUYER, BECAUSE OTHER SIDE NOT GONNA BE SATISFIED.
I've ordered my phone on 02 October get it next day but handset was faulty and didn't charge at all, I've been with it at SAMSUNG authorized point, but they couldn't fix it and told me to send it back to mobiles.co.uk, ok so I call them, after more than 30 mins in queue I had a chance to spoke with customer service, after a lot of whining they gave me address to send it back etc.
So I've send it back and 2 days later I've get new handset, but this one was faulty as well, had same issue, do not want to charge at all...
So I've repeat all process, call mobiles.co.uk, wait a lot of time in queue told them that I get faulty phone again, and that 2nd time so I really will appreciate any recompense for that, and suggested different handset because probs they have got all batch of those faulty.
The guy told that he gonna ask manager, so I've waited, after a few minutes he said to send phone back to them, so I've thinking that manager approved this and they gonna send me different handset.
I've repeat process, send handset back, after 2 days I've get new one, but same model I've ordered, not the different one I've ask for. Happily this one isn't faulty and still working.
But because of that order I've took 2 days of at work, to take phone to SAMSUNG fixing point etc... So I've lose 82 pounds for each day off. A lot of time (about 5 hours on the phone) and money to call samsung and mobiles co.uk. and a little bit of money for transport fees to get to samsung point. And I've get working handset after almost 2 weeks because of that delay with faulty handsets. I'm not even gonna tell about nerves because of that case...
And all they have offer me as recompense because of that mess is 10-12 pounds with a cheque (I'm gonna get it in 6 weeks time, N/C for that one) for calls I've made to mobiles.co.uk
I'm gonna add that I've got contract with them already for about almost 2 years, so I'm not a new customer.
So I have make an pre-order. One day before release I make call and spoke with they customer service, employee said that I will get my order on release date, which is today unfortunately I haven't received my order (gonna give a call for customer service again tomorrow), and even tracking doesn't show too much, I've ask employee about that but she didn't could help me with that as well.
So: employee said that I will get order today, but I didn't, probably they send it with standard delivery instead of express and I wouldn't get my order even tomorrow...
EDIT 26/09 08:44: tracking updated at night that it's out for delivery, so probs I'm gonna receive it today. But I'm still not happy with the service, they use 24h delivery to provide me with ordered goods yesterday when was the release date.
