Great customer service
Full of praise. Vincent was just fantastic. Had ordered a bottle and once it arrived I realised I got the wrong "bottled" year. Called and had Vincent on the phone and he sorted me out. He called back as promised and sent out the the replacement bottle with the correct year today. Thank you! Very impressed.

Nevernever again!!!!
I placed an order for winter tyres with them last Friday. I was assured that they will be delivered to my garage this Monday. Called them in the morning to be told all is in place. By lunch time I called again as they still had not arrived. This time I was told that the delivery will be between 09.00 - 17.00 hours. This was not mentioned before. Waited again and called again at 16.30 to be told they will not be delivered today! What sort of service is that. Nobody called to inform me. I had made a point that this is an urgent job. Today, Tuesday, still no tyres in sight. Even though I was told that Black Circles put in a before 10.00 hours delivery. Called again just to be told they tyres will be at my garage hopefully before 12.00 hours. So, please order from them if you have lots of time and can wait for a delivery for a long time!!!! Never again!
