I buy around 100 items per month online for business and personal use, and very rarely write reviews.
However, top marks must go to ShopTo, who I have never purchased from before. I bought an XBox game from them at an excellent price before Christmas and after it didn't arrive by early January I thought it wasn't worth chasing as the game was only worth a couple of quid, but I decided to give their customer services team a call at 4pm on the off chance they could do something.
The phone was answered quickly and politely, the chap took basic details, found the order, apologised for it not being fulfilled, then said it was processed. Seconds later I received an email saying that my order had been processed and five minutes later I had a email with a photo of my order leaving the packing line. Next morning I had my game.
I can appreciate that orders may somehow not be processed correctly, but their customer service following this issue was the best I have come across.
