After dealing with Currys this company was a breath of fresh air
I had a damaged fridge freezer delivered yesterday by Currys (KNOWHOW) & didn't get a whiff of an apology when I rang to arrange its return. I then had another delivered by Appliancedeals this morning. All went to plan. Delivery man rang an hour before to confirm time. They let me unpack the item to make sure I didn't have another duffer. Then the icing on the cake was that within 2 hours they rang me to get feedback on my experience with the delivery so they could feedback to their staff. 10 out of 10 for both customer & staff consideration.

Excellent product & service
Have been very happy from the day my colour swatch arrived (very professionally presented) to the day my vertical blind arrived within the 7 days promised. Very well packaged. All parts present & undamaged. Sufficient instructions (btw very easy to install).
Worth noting: If attaching to solid walls the fittings provided are fine, however, if you're fitting to a plasterboard recess it would be advisable to buy appropriate raw plugs to ensure they'll hold the weight - available at any DIY store.

Well worth the wait
Superb value for money & free delivery. Although my sofas arrived a month after originally expected I had a good level of communication from First Furniture (Morale). I was told that, due to this being a very popular new line, there had been a rush on orders. The items were shipped from abroad & I was kept up-to-date on their progress. They arrived this morning in perfect condition & I'm so glad I didn't take notice of the negative reviews & cancel my order.
One month later still very happy with my sofas.
