Uncontactable. They rely entirely upon automated systems for re-delivery scheduling, unfortunately their system is no way near as clever as they think it is and when you come up against a brick wall and try to contact them, good luck!
I recieved two messages saying my re-delivery was arranged and there was a problem with the new delivery, at the same time! Trying to verify which was right got no response.
