Unhelpful, nil service. Dishonest.
I ordered a banner and requested a next day delivery (paying extra for this service). The banner arrived 6 days later after saying they are not responsible for courier's late delivery and they do not refund made to order items. Even though I clearly state that time is of the essence in several emails to them, there were no reply as to when I will receive this banner. Eventually, I had to get another banner as I cannot risk further waiting. What is the point of paying for an express delivery and not get it. They don't answer phone calls and email replies are almost non-existent. The customer service seems to tow the line of 'We do not refund'. So buyer beware, do not be tempted by the flashy website and cheap price.
