I cant count for in store but my first online experience has been terrible.
Firstly they do not email to say item has been dispatched like all big companies do like amazon and play etc.
My item was delivered to the wrong address and contacting enquires put me in a ticket system in which they do not seem to read, care or respond to. My first response was "it was left in a porch"
Firstly I don't have a porch and secondly I think I would be able to find it if I did and wouldn't need to contact you. It has taken me 3 attempts through their ticket system and 3 phone calls to start the process of contacting the courier. Apparently it takes 3 days to speak to the courier by phone??? I have never spoken to such an arrogant and pigheaded call centre adviser in all my life and part of my job is customer support. He was unsympathetic, unhelpful and generally sent me in circles with excuses and fobbing off. Not good enough especially waiting for an important item such as a waterproof coat for winter riding.
