Competitive prices and quick delivery. My bag of dog food ( 12kg fish4puppies) arrived damaged. Emailed them immediately and they offered generous help. Will definitely recommend, and as others have written, they have really good customer service, should anything happen.
GReat prices and free delivery make PetSupermarket a great seller, but their use of Yodel for delivery spoilt an otherwise 5 star service. Yodel claimed to have called and left a card, but no card, and the delivery address is open 24/7, so had to make an 0844 telephone call to get parcel re-delivered, resulting in a delay of 3 days in receiving the item. Yodel did redeem themselves by re-delivering the following day.
Good prices but not so good on delivery etc. Had to contact 4 times to get my discount code applied and there was a delay of over week in dispatch as they were out of stock on one item, but only found this out when I contacted them. would have been better to learn this earlier and take the option of a sooner dispatch minus the item. Better communication would have given 5 stars.
