Online OK, don't bother with showroom
You get what you pay for, the quality of the furniture is poor but the tiling prices are excellent, we visited the showroom 3 times and having eventually found an assistant to serve us we gave up he was disinterested and dismissive as we were looking for some assistance regarding wall hung toilets and what was required for the support frame, he shrugged his shoulders and said "we've only got one here", we were at the time trying to buy 3 bathrooms suites and showers for an extension with one master and 2 en-suites, we only bought what we were desperate for from here and went for quality branded products where it mattered, their online/ebay store had a very helpful lady on the phone the first time and her complete opposite the 2nd time, we couldn't pay by card over the phone then collect, despite having done exactly that the weekend before, so overall not bad as long as you require no human interaction from them

Excellent value for money, fast service
We had quite a lot of items to buy and various sites offering one thing cheaper whilst another was more expensive, but the free postage and fast delivery meant Plumbtraders were really good value, items arrived next day as promised
