I ordered a waxing kit online, and was very very impressed with the customer service that i received. Although initially, through trying to send me a better product, i received the wrong type of wax. Russell was extremely responsive to my request, and immediately rectified the situation by sending me through another pot of the correct wax, he was consistent in replying to emails and proactively ensured my delivery arrived on time via next day delivery! The products i received were perfect, and i even got some cheeky extra products because of the better kit he had sent through originally!
