Another buy to be pleased with!
I always have found the customer services very helpful at next.co.uk and orders, well i'm always happy with those too! Thumbs up from me :-D

Customer services are rude and unhelpful. Photographer however, was fantastic.
I have purchased two large multi-photos, framed and packaged the night of our event. To our local photographer, our thanks! His work was professional and the photographs were faultless. DE photo as a company however, have a long way to go before they reach the standards of their photographers. I telephoned and apparently spoke to the customer services manager who, in my opinion was rude and lacks greatly in customer service skills. I can honestly say that I'd happily deal with my photographer again. But i will never order from the site in future. My order arrived with a leaflet stating, ''we promise to deal with your query as quickly and professionally as possible''. They are quick to get you off the phone, yes. Although, I would strongly disagree with professional.
