Brilliant service, lovely website, fantastic returns policy
One of the rare few websites that you go on and have absolutely no hesitations from ordering. I ordered 4 craft cool mesh tee's, they didn't happen to fit me too well so used their online chat, they were extremely helpful and I used the free returns and ordered the right size. When I ordered everything was dispatched the same day, even though delivery was free.
Brilliant company. Will definitely order again.

Everything As Promised, Very Fast Turnaround
Mazuma were fantastic from the start - they offered a price which they promise to stick to as long as your phone is within the condition they specify, and they stuck to this price. What was even better though, was the speed - my envelope arrived next day, and I was paid within 2 or 3 days, straight into my bank account the same day! So from request to having the money in my account, it was about 4 business days.
If only all companies were as straight-forward and efficient as this, life would be very easy.
Also, you can print your own label and package your phone in your own envelope - if you did this and elected for a bank transfer, I wouldn't be surprised to see money in your account within 1 or 2 days of sending your phone off.
