I ordered a project folder from Artifolk...from the point at which the order was received by the company I was kept in touch with proceedings. Even the information relating to delivery was remarkable with data being provided down to the hour when it would arrive and the name of the van driver. The cost of the item was very competitive which is a key factor when I place orders online. Brilliant service in every way.
I made enquiries about memory for laptop about a year ago but never followed it up. Circumstances recently meant that I needed to improve the performance of my machine as a matter of some urgency. Thankfully, I was able to retrace my original email sent to MrMemory. The order arrived the next day which was incredible! Instructions were clear, memory installed and laptop working at peak performance - fantastic - what more could I ask?
We have used Auto Europe several times when hiring cars in Europe and on the whole been very satisfied with the service we have received. Tele-sales have always been very polite and helpful. The only reservation I have is that actual costs are at times lacking transparency and embedded in the small print e.g local charges for mandatory winterisation facilities; additional charges in a daily basis for extra named drivers etc. I am always hesitant about returning home to find I have been charged for something which was not explicit at the time of hiring the vehicle.
This the first time I have had giclee prints produced from my photographs and I spent some time doing my research online before deciding where to place an order. It's always something of a risk when buying online with a company for the first time. However, I'm pleased to say that despite an error on my part in placing the order Point101 were excellent in the service/support they offer. The quality of the prints in terms of colour, resolution, tonality etc is a true reflection of the quality shown in the original work. Thank you.
