I ordered 2 photobooks from Shutterfly to be given as xmas presents- they are now 1 week past estimated arrival date and I still haven't received them! When I called them, after waiting on hold for a long time, I was told since my order was international there is no way it can be tracked. When I asked how it was shipped (Fedex, UPS, USPS, Canada Post) she just kept repeating through an international carrier & that was all she was able to tell me! Poor customer service- no apologies, no information given on what to do if shipment doesn't arrive...nothing. After it seems to leave them, they seem not to care whether their customers receive the package or not. Just hoping that my photobooks get here in time for xmas!
