good service. well organised. not a 'cheap' airline but much better.... a good value airline.loyalty points too!

If have to fly into the north of England then I always use Jet2 if at all possible. My usual airline is B.A. into Gatwick. The only way Jet2 fall down is by not treating their business passengers like business people.The things said on board are dumbed down to package holiday style announcements. The fact that Jet2 rescued all their passengers as necessary when there was the 'ashcloud situation' impressed me greatly and I have thought a lot of them as a company ever since this event.
