I recently bought a Sigma 70-300mm lens on 5th October from Warehouse Express, well when I say bought, I paid them the money but here I am on 22nd October no Lens and no refund. The delivery came on time within 2 days to my office, all good! but when I opened the Lens the lens cap was damaged - presumably a manufacturing issue (cant blame warehouse express for that). So rang them within an hour of delivery and the guy was helpful and told me repackage and we will come to collect it tomorrow. Next day no sign of them coming to collect it, I rang WE and was fobbed off quite rudely and told to contact the courier - turns out WE had told them to collect from my HOME Address. The couriers tried again 4 times and each time said nobody was there to collect !!! Strange because I work in the middle of London City on one of its main streets, in a building which has approx 5000 people in the building and is manned 24/7. Eventually I posted it back myself using Royal Mail special delivery...That was last Wednesday (arrived at WE last thursday). I called them yesterday evening and was told, yes we have received it but we dont know when it will be 'booked onto our system'.At first the guy said it could be 3/4 days, I said well today is Day 5 so where is it, then I was told well if you read our policy it can be actually up to 30 days before you receive a refund.... I have never experienced such a joke of 'customer service' ....Although the prices are cheap Warehouse Express has ZERO customer service. 17 days after paying for a lens I have neither lens nor refund !!!! DO NOT USE WAREHOUSE EXPRESS....
