Unhelpful delivery department and wholly inadequate assembly instructions for the 4m x 6m carport.
the delivery department were very unhelpful in arranging delivery, the sale was saved by my persistence and a helpful customer services supervisor. The delivery driver was a very friendly and helpful chap who seems to have little support from his line managers. The 4m x 6m carport appears to be a well made bit of kit but it is yet to be assembled because the assembly instructions are completely inadequate and I am still in negotiation with Waltons to resolve fundamental and vital assembly details and what fixings are used where.

ordered online, my money was taken and then Charlies Online took a week to tell me that there was no stock of the product! They need to sharpen up their stock control and communications
