We ordered 6 matching basins for a project, we asked for confirmation that they were all in stock, we were promised next day delivery as it was for a time bound project, we also asked for confirmation of dispatch. We heard nothing until the end of the day we were expecting delivery (a Friday) to be told the delivery was to be on the Monday. The delivery arrived with just 5 of the 6 basins ordered. I immediately reported the shortfall to be told by customer services they would need to do a stock check to confirm the shortfall and it would take up to 48 hours with no short cut option. I reaffirmed we had to have the last basin by the Thursday as it was a time bound project. Having no reply by the end of 48 hours I contacted them again and waited while customer services looked into what was happening, eventually I was told that one of the directors had checked the order himself (as it was a palette delivery) and it was definitely complete when it left the warehouse, I then had to ask them to chase the courier as it could only now be with them, I also asked for a replacement to be sent out instead of waiting, only to be told the item was out of stock and was now discontinued. I eventually got a call back to tell me that one of the basins was damaged on packing so had been left off the delivery. So the director who checked the delivery obviously didn't. Appalling communication. I have now had to accept 3 different basins as replacement which are now going to be delivered over a week late and after the handover date for my project despite having been promised there would be no problems when I paid for the order.
