good customer service

Most of the time they are quite efficient in dealling with any problems. Staff are always professional and polite.


fantastic customer service

bought an item instore at glasgow branch today and asked one of the staff there to help me reach a bike helmet, he stayed and helped me check it fitted my chids head even though I could see he was busy. So refreshing to come across polite friendly staff willing to help.

what a yodel rubbish!!

Do not use this company unless you want to deal with the worst customer service ever. 3 days wasted not counting several phone calls and emails later still no delivery. Even got a phone call on day 2 to ask if I would be in, why I will never know as the driver didn't come that day either. Tracked my order on line to see message "couldn't deliver untimely access", after querying this with yodel lady I was told driver might not deliver if he couldn't get access due to a gate or parking issues on a busy road. I can assure you yodel lady I stay on a quite road with plenty parking and my GATE is always open and I can hear every car that stops outside. Tried to offer to do their job and pick up from their depot but was strongly advised not to because the driver didn't even attempt to deliver so I didn't posess a calling card. ARRRHHH. And to top it off they tried to treat me like an idiot by telling me they couldn't give me the glasgow depot direct line as they only have phones that have internal lines, but then they go on to say that they have tried all the numbers even including the mobile numbers and no one answering, My order was placed this time with ELC and in future I will ask any company if they use yodel as if they say they are I will not be placing an order. Yodel hang you heads in shame as your communication and service is shocking.

I ordered a couple of items from, one was a groupon deal and the other a secret diary. After I ordered I recieved a message to confirm my order and to say my order will be with me in 2 weeks. After the two weeks had passed I emailed them asking where my order was and were the items in stock, the reply was yes the items were in stock and I would get it in 7 days. Again I didn't recieve my order so I then phoned them and was told I would definatly get my order within another 7 days, I also have emails stating this. But suprise suprise the order didn't arrive so after further phone calls made by myself I finally found out that the secret diary wasn't available and should never been advertised on their site as been in stock. I told them I was very disappointed as I had waited 5 weeks to find this out and no one thought to contact me or tell me this when I was phoning them. I was reassured I would get my other item in 7 days but it didn't arrive and I had to phone them once again I also asked for a manager to call but as yet no one can be bothered from kidsplaystore,com. I finally recieved my item today only had to wait 7 weeks make several phone calls and emails to them to get it. Rant over!!!!!
