Ebay are great for picking up amazing bargains. I use ebay all the time for selling junk around the house and I've picked up some amazing bargains.

Easyjet

Cheap, economical and good service....mostly

I fly easy jet quite a bit and mostly whenever I fly anywhere in Europe. I've only had one minor issue which was to do with a cancellation (they don't do refunds) but apart from that they have been really good.

Definitely worth a look if you're flying to Europe.

Talktalk

Awful awful awful - AVOID!

I tried signing up for Talk Talk home phone and broadband and got booted off the line 4 times. I gave up.

My nan was unfortunate enough to get through and sign up and she's had problem after problem and also reports the customer service is lousy.

They may claim to be cheap but I would recommend anyone to...
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Google

Google everything!

I love google, although I think android is a bit of a grey area as I had an android that was faulty after 4 months.

I use google apps for business and it's brilliant, I also google for my personal mail, maps, documents and so on.

I really recommend google apps for business to any SME.

Top notch customer service, can be a little pricey sometimes

JL are excellent for customer service, quick shipping and good stores. I find them a little pricey compared to other places but they do have some good bargains from time to time. I enjoy shopping with JL and have only knocked off a star because I think they could be a bit more competitive with their prices.

HTC

HTC Desire faulty after 4 months

Sound went on my HTC desire, called HTC and they didn't want to know. I went and got an iPhone 4 and now have the 4s and no issues.

Absolutely incredible company and customer service! Parcel2Go have to be the best ever!

I've used Parcel2go so many times I've lost count and each and every time the customer service I've experienced has been amazing. I've imported items from the US, shipped ebay items around the world and sent domestic packages across the UK without any hassle whatsoever.

This company really know how to look after me and with updates on twitter and Facebook, it's great to know I can get hold of someone if I have any questions about tracking or general questions. A special mention has to go to Kate and George who go the extra mile. Thanks guys!

Parcel2Go also run competitions which is great because I hardly ever win anything but it at least gives me hope. I also think they're great value for money (a 3 day courier which usually arrives in a day anyway for about £4 - brilliant!) and the ease of use of their website plus Google Checkout/paypal for payment is so easy even a child could do it.

I thoroughly and wholeheartedly recommend Parcel2go to anybody looking for a trustworthy and reliable courier agent. They're my courier agents of choice and I won't be using anybody else.
